CODA Real Estate Ltd (company number 17386203) is committed to conducting business ethically and with integrity. This page sets out our voluntary position on modern slavery and human trafficking.

Statutory reporting

UK law requires certain organisations that meet defined turnover and other criteria to publish an annual modern slavery statement under the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Whether ${legalName} meets those statutory thresholds has not been confirmed for publication on this website.

Until that position is confirmed, this page is published as a voluntary ethical business policy rather than as a statutory Modern Slavery Act statement. It should not be read as confirmation that a statutory statement is required or has been approved by a board.

Our position

We oppose slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking. We expect anyone who works with us to share that opposition.

As a property advisory practice, our operations are professional-services led. We do not operate large manufacturing supply chains. Where we engage suppliers or professional advisers, we expect them to comply with applicable law.

What we do not claim on this page

This policy does not assert that we operate formal supplier audit programmes, mandatory staff training schemes, whistleblowing hotlines or board-approved annual slavery statements unless and until those arrangements are separately confirmed and published.

Reporting concerns

If you have a genuine concern relating to modern slavery in connection with our business, please contact info@codarealestate.co.uk. We will consider concerns seriously and take appropriate steps where we are able to do so.

Review

We may update this policy as our business, legal obligations or confirmed compliance arrangements develop.
